Quality

Manufacturing procedures are in strict compliance with all Major European and North American standards. Mainstream production is carried out accordingly to TEMA and ASME VIII standards. Gold-Bar is certified by the Israeli Standard 4295 for Pressure vessels. Our products installed in Pharmaceutical customers are passing the yearly FDA check. Since 2007 Gold-bar is supplying Pressure vessels to EUR countries with a CE/PED certification. The certification is granted to us by a European Notified body.

Quality Assurance is extremely well documented and production procedures can be traced back for five years. Radiographic inspection and other N.D.Tests are carried out on a routine basis. All our welders are AWS and ISI qualified and are audited on a regular basis. Common construction materials used in our products are: SS316L, SS304L,SS316Ti, Hastalloy, Titanium, Copper alloys and Carbon Steel.
